‘Australian Painting – Shonah Trescott & Euan Macleod’

Autumn gallery tour Spinnerei/ Leipzig

11 am – 9 pm

Apart from current artist-in-residence Shonah Trescott, the winner of the
prestigious Archibald Prize in 1999, Euan Macleod, has confirmed his
presence at the event, exhibiting and giving a talk on contemporary Australian art.
Furthermore his excellency Ian Kemish, Australian ambassador, is attending the event,
since the Australian embassy in Berlin supports this exhibition. A catalogue will be
published.

Osvaldo Budet (Puerto Rico) will show the works of his LIA residency in a
separate project room.
